Sunday Morning Worship

Join us for worship in the Chapel on Sundays at 10:45AM. Children are invited to stop at the welcome station in the rear of the Chapel to select a worship bag and children’s Bible to take with them into the pews. Our pastor delivers a Children’s Message every Sunday as part of the service.

Afterglow

Many thanks to our partner organization, the Sanctuary on the Green Alliance (SOGA), for sponsoring an joyful afternoon of live jazz by the Joe Rizzolo Group with vocalist Bahati Best, on Sunday, Sept. 28, 3-6PM. Concertgoers also had the opportunity to view an exhibit of photography featuring the work of two acclaimed Bloomfield photographers, John S. Masi and Moira Pernambuco. Special guest, jazz vocalist Denise Hamilton took the stage during the second set for a bonus number. All proceeds from the concert will go toward the Joint Capital Campaign for the restoration of the historic Sanctuary, a town treasure worth saving.

Let us enter the season of Lent with our eyes fixed on the cross and our hearts set on Easter. Ash Wednesday Worship begins at 8PM in the Chapel. The service includes music and quiet reflection, the imposition of ashes and the Lord’s Supper. Pastor Boling will deliver a meditation in the form of a letter, written from the imagined point of view of the disciple/apostle Peter, on the subject, “What Easter Means to Me.” All are welcome.
