Welcome!

Come see what’s growing on the Green!

The “Church on the Green,” as we are affectionately known around town, opens our doors to all. We aspire to be a church that feels “like home” for a first time visitor, while offering a lifetime of opportunities to grow in faith and service. We are diverse, authentic, compassionate and community-minded. Rooted and grounded in the love of Christ (Ephesians 3:17), we are devoted to feeding body and spirit.  Could we be the church you are looking for? Come and see!

Easter

Families, have you thought ahead to Easter morning? Bring your kids to the Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 AM in Pastor Ruth’s back yard (behind the Parish House), and stay for Easter Breakfast. Come again to Easter Worship at 10:45 AM in the Chapel and stay for an Easter Egg Hunt after  worship! All welcome!

Good Friday

On Good Friday, March 30, 8 PM, the Church on the Green will worship jointly with Central Presbyterian Church of Montclair in our Chapel. The theme of the service is “The Fabric of Jesus.” Readings and meditations on the fabric of his life, from the swaddling clothes at birth to the purple robe of mockery at his at his trial, will help us to draw near to our Lord in order that he might touch us anew with his wondrous love. All are welcome.
