On Good Friday, we will worship jointly with Central Presbyterian Church of Montclair, at 7PM, via Zoom. This platform will enable the two congregations to experience a sense of togetherness virtually on the screen. The service will include a meditation by Rev. David Noble, a Good Friday prayer by Rev. Ruth Boling, and scripture readers from both congregations narrating the “Seven Last Words of Christ” from the cross.

We will worship virtually at 7PM via Facebook Live on Maundy Thursday. The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated virtually. To prepare, you will need some bread and a beverage. Any bread will do. Any beverage will do. The elements will be consecrated and we will partake together.

Following the Lord’s Supper, the service will conclude with the Tenebrae Service of Shadows. Scripture readers will narrate the last hours of Jesus’ life, candles will be extinguished virtually, and the service will conclude with our tenor soloist John Dey singing “Were you there when they crucified my Lord?”

For public health reasons, we will worship virtually on Sunday, April 19, 10:45AM via Facebook Live. To participate, go to Facebook a few minutes before 10:45AM. (Note: you may need to scroll down the page a bit to find the live video stream.) The worship service will also be posted on the church Facebook page after the fact for you to watch/listen at a later time.
