100th Birthday Celebration for Keturah Angstadt, September 27, 2008
Members of Keturah Angstadt's extended family and the congregation of the Bloomfield Presbyterian Church on the Green gathered at the Parish House of the Church on the Green on September 27, 2008, to celebrate Keturah's 100th birthday, which had occurred a few days before. The next day Larry Dunster, a retired Presbyterian pastor and Keturah's nephew-in-law, led the congregation and family members in worship. Click on any photo to view the slide show.

These are the members of our family in attendance.  Two of our sons and their family members were not able to attend.  - Larry  Aunt Keturah and Martha's family. Seated on Keturah's left is her youngest niece, Martha Warren. Martha, Susan Carol and Charles all grew up in the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Bloomfield.  Keturah with three generations of Charles Angstadts.  Keturah would not put on the Birthday Hat because she did not want to mess up her hair.

Larry and Susan's son, Lt. Col. Timothy Dunster, stationed at the Pentagon, presented it to her on behalf of the church and wore it on her behalf.  The birthday cake  Larry Dunster presents the birthday cake to keturah and some eager family members. Only about 21 of the family attended worship since the rest had to start their trips home.  Keturah was honored by the folks at the Nevada Diner on Broad Street following worship on Sunday.  They promised to give her a free dinner in honor of her 100th.  About 22 family members joined her for the lunch.  She was free. We paid. This is a photo from the 275 Angstadt reunion in Kutztown,  on the first Saturday in August 2008.  Dr. Robert Angstadt, a retired college professor, president of the Angstadt Freuschand, is shown presenting  cake to Keturah in honor of her 100th birthday.
